Q. I received wrong parts. What should I do?
A. If in fact you received wrong parts, we will take care of it at our cost. Please do not worry or panic. Just let us know and give us few hours to investigate.
Q. The product does not look like what I saw from the pictures.
A. We do our best to keep the most recent pictures on our website but sometimes it may look different depending on the angle and even your monitor spec. Please do not worry. If we think your explanation is clear enough, we will help you to get the parts you want. Your satisfaction is our No.1 priority.
Q. My Car is not listed on your website. Can you get parts for my car?
A. Of course, We cannot 100% promise that we can get ALL the parts you want but we are sure if they are made in Korea and for KDM cars, we can most likely get the parts you want. Please email us.

A. Yes, as long as they have shipping services in your country.

Q. Tracking number does not work
A. Please give it 2 business days. Sometimes tracking numbers get updated slowly. If it does not really work, please email us. We will do our best to find out the solutions for you.
